Article 1 (Application)
These terms and conditions apply to the lessons and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by Medical Pilates Elixir (hereinafter referred to as "Our Studio").

 

Article 2 (Reservation and Payment)

1. Reservations for this service should be made through the designated method on this website.

2. Payment will be made by credit card or other designated method at the time of booking.

 

Article 3 (Cancellation Policy)

1. If you cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson starts, you will receive a full refund.

2. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours or without notice.

 

Article 4 (Notes on taking the course)

1. Participants should be mindful of their own health condition and attend classes only within their limits.

2. If you are pregnant or have a chronic illness, please get permission from your doctor before attending.

 

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. The studio cannot be held responsible for any injuries or illnesses that occur during lessons.

2. There may be cases where we are unable to provide services due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or system failures.

 

Article 6 (Changes and Cancellations of Service Content)
The studio reserves the right to change or discontinue the content of this service as necessary.

 

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mito District Court.
