I liked that I could do it within my range of movement without pushing myself too hard (I think I can keep it up).
I've been coming to the clinic for 20 years, and have had a health check every year in the month of my birthday. This time, my blood pressure, body fat, cholesterol, AIC, and other numbers were all good, so the director asked me if I had started anything new, and I answered, "Pilates." He said it might be the effect of that.
It's fun to receive praise and guidance from him at the age of 76.
I consciously move my body several times a day, and I feel so much better now.

It's easy to understand because the instructor speaks slowly and in easy-to-understand words, even for elderly people. However, my body is stiff, so I'd like to improve my flexibility. It's important to continue even once a week, so I'd like to be able to do the breathing exercises anytime, anywhere.

I have a problem with my body being stiff. After trying Takako Sensei's classes once, I felt I could continue. Not only does it improve my flexibility, but I also feel like I can balance my mind through breathing techniques. It's also a place of healing for me.

It was my first Pilates class in about 10 years. I was a little worried because I don't usually exercise, but once the class started, the hour flew by. I also had a mild case of allergic rhinitis on the day, but strangely enough, I was completely symptom-free both during and after the class. I thought the breathing techniques would be easier if I got more used to them, but after the class, I felt refreshed, light, and comfortable in both body and mind! It felt like all the fatigue I'd accumulated up until the previous week had been blown away in an instant. I highly recommend this class for refreshing your mind and body!

I was looking for a nearby Pilates class when this studio opened, and I'm so grateful for the support I received. ✨️ Due to work, I can only attend about once a week, but the classes are taught carefully and without any strain. After each class, my body becomes more flexible and it's very effective in preventing back pain. ♪ The reservation system and the ability to accommodate sudden requests make it easy to attend and continue! Even though I'm not good at exercise, they provide thorough instruction and I'm able to enjoy training. I highly recommend this to beginners and people who aren't good at exercise!

I really like the atmosphere at Takako Sensei's classes! I think the reason I can continue even though I'm quite stiff (I get depressed when everyone else can do it but I can't at all lol) is because she teaches me how to do things that I can't do, and it's also a time of healing.
