With the motto “Supporting both the mind and body,” I offer Pilates sessions that are safe, welcoming, and especially reassuring for beginners.
At the age of 28, I had the opportunity to move to Australia for work—a country I have grown to love so deeply that I now call it my second home.
In 2018, I returned to Japan with my Australian husband and our two sons.
After many years working in corporate roles, I made the decision to embark on a new chapter in my life.
I am now building my career as a Medical Aromatherapy & Pilates Instructor and Ayurveda Counselor.

Story
My first encounter with Pilates came during my pregnancy with my first child.
Because I lacked abdominal strength, I couldn’t support my growing belly, and the pain worsened day by day. At one point, even walking 15 meters at a time felt almost impossible.
In search of relief, I visited a physiotherapist. She gave me four Pilates exercises and said,
“If the pain becomes unbearable, do these movements every day.”
She also encouraged me to join Pilates classes three weeks after giving birth.
I had been attending maternity yoga, but the focus was mainly on activating the parasympathetic nervous system and promoting relaxation. It didn’t offer the muscle maintenance or strengthening I truly needed.
I eventually began attending a Pilates studio and continued taking lessons right up until just before the birth of my second child. During my second pregnancy, I experienced no pain at all.
After that, life changes and a move led me to step away from Pilates for a few years. But I began to miss it deeply. Around that time, a major turning point in my life occurred, and I decided to pursue the path of becoming a Medical Pilates Instructor.
While studying medical Pilates, I also felt the desire to deepen my long-held interest in Ayurveda. This led me to obtain my certification as an Ayurveda Counselor as well.
Pilates may appear gentle or simple on the surface, but when practiced correctly, it delivers remarkable results—effects that you can genuinely feel in your own body.
