This class is for those who have completed the basics of Pilates and are ready to take ongoing classes.

This is a lesson for those who are not confident in their physical strength and/or have been diagnosed with osteoporosis.

I like that I can exercise within my range of movement without pushing myself too hard (I think I can keep it up).
