I like that I can exercise within my range of movement without pushing myself too hard (I think I can keep it up).

I have been going to the clinic for over 20 years and have had a health check every year on my birthday month. This time, my blood pressure, body fat, cholesterol, AIC and other results were all good, so the doctor asked me if I had started anything new. I answered, "Pilates." He said it must be the effect of that.

Even at the age of 76, I enjoy receiving praises and guidances from the instructor.

I've been consciously practicing several times a day and it's made me feel so much better.

Takako speaks easy for the elderly to understand because she uses easy phrases and slowly. However, my body is stiff, so I want to increase my flexibilities. It's important to continue even once a week. I want to be able to do the breathing exercises anytime, anywhere.
